He spent 22 years at the Gallup Organization, where he was Global Practice Leader for employee and customer engagement. He has served as Senior Partner and Chief Science Officer of The Coffman Organization. He has consulted for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, holds an MBA, and has been an Executive Fellow at the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver. His other books include Follow This Path and Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch, the latter written with Dr. Kathie Sorensen. His work has been translated into more than 40 languages.
