Jefferson Fisher is a lawyer from the United States who also hosts a podcast and writes books. He holds Texas board certification in personal injury law and founded Fisher Firm. In 2022 he began posting short videos of communication tips, recorded in his car between hearings or after work. His following has since grown to millions of people, and he also writes a newsletter and speaks to companies and government agencies. His first book, The Next Conversation: Argue Less, Talk More, came out in March 2025 and is a New York Times best seller. He lives near Beaumont, Texas, with his wife and two children.
