Kerry Patterson taught at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management. He later cofounded Interact Performance Systems, where he spent ten years as vice president of research and development. He has co-written many articles and award-winning training programs, and he did doctoral work at Stanford University. His honors include a Mentor of the Year Award and Brigham Young University's 2004 William G. Dyer Distinguished Alumni Award.
