Kim Scott has worked as a CEO coach at tech companies including Dropbox, Qualtrics and Twitter. She taught on the faculty at Apple University, and before that she ran the AdSense, YouTube and DoubleClick teams at Google. Early in her career, she ran a children's medical clinic in Kosovo and set up a factory in Moscow that cut diamonds. Her book Radical Candor was a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best seller, and she also wrote Radical Respect. With Jason Rosoff, she co-founded the company Radical Candor, and she co-hosts podcasts called Radical Candor and Radical Respect. She lives with her family in Silicon Valley.
