She co-founded Triad Consulting Group, a consultancy that supports executives and teams through high-stakes conversations. Her clients have included companies on six continents, the US White House and the Singapore Supreme Court. Her books Difficult Conversations and Thanks for the Feedback were both New York Times bestsellers.
