About Annie Grace
Annie Grace spent her childhood in a single-room log cabin near Aspen, Colorado, which had neither electricity nor running water. She earned a master's degree in marketing and went into corporate life. She became a vice president at 26, the youngest in her multinational company, and by 35 she was leading marketing across 28 countries. Over those years her drinking grew heavy. Wanting to regain control without accepting deprivation and stigma, she looked for a painless way to change. She stopped drinking and left her executive role to write This Naked Mind. She is also the author of The Alcohol Experiment. Annie lives in the Colorado mountains with her husband and three children.
