How do they redeem a gift card?
They enter the code on the BookBits website and create their account. A gift card can be redeemed within one year of purchase.
Can I give it to someone who already has BookBits?
Yes. The gift time is added after their current plan period ends.
When does the gift arrive?
On the date you choose, by email with your message. You also get a printable card, so you can hand it over in person.
How does the second account work?
The person who redeems the gift can invite one person to join. They use their own login and keep their library and listening progress private.
Does a gift card renew?
No. A gift card is one payment for 3 or 12 months and never renews.
Can I get a refund?
Gift cards are not refundable.
