Charles "C.C." Chapman helped start The Advance Guard, a company that was bought in 2009. Since then he has worked independently as a consultant and a speaker at events, and he has written two books, including Content Rules. He has taught business and management as a visiting instructor at Wheaton College. He has also directed programs and partnerships for Wheaton Innovates, working with MassChallenge. He has also been involved with the Aspen Institute's National Commission on Social, Emotional, and Academic Development, The Hockey Foundation, and the No Kid Hungry Social Council.
