About Cara Natterson
Cara Natterson is a pediatrician, speaker and author of ten books. She co-hosts the This Is So Awkward podcast, and her bestselling book This Is So Awkward explains modern puberty. Her series The Care and Keeping of You has also reached the New York Times bestseller list. When her own children began puberty, she founded Less Awkward, a company offering products and content meant to make puberty more comfortable. Puberty now usually starts between ages 8 and 10 and lasts about a decade. Natterson studied at Harvard College and Johns Hopkins Medical School. She lives in Los Angeles.
