About Carla A. Harris
Carla A. Harris has spent more than 30 years on Wall Street. She has served as vice chairman of Wealth Management and as a senior client advisor at Morgan Stanley. She studied at Harvard University and Harvard Business School. In 2013, President Barack Obama appointed her to chair the National Women's Business Council. Her honors include places on lists published by Fortune, Essence and Black Enterprise magazines. Harris has sat on the boards of Walmart, Cummins and MetLife, as well as several philanthropic organizations. She is also a gospel recording artist with four CDs to her name.
