About Carlos Júlio
Carlos Júlio has served as CEO of Tecnisa, a large São Paulo construction company, and earlier as President and CEO of HSM do Brasil, a corporate education platform. Before that he was CEO of Polaroid in Brazil. He has written nine best-selling books, which have sold more than 300,000 copies in Latin America and Europe since 2001. He has also taught as a visiting professor at MBA schools in Brazil and has hosted business programs on radio and TV. Júlio co-founded Digital House School in São Paulo and mentors young entrepreneurs. His book The Secret of Culture Change looks at how stories inside a company can be used to change or create its culture.
