About Cindy Pierce
Cindy Pierce is a sexuality educator and storyteller. Since 2004 she has taken a one-woman comedy show and related educational programs about healthy sexual choices to audiences. She combines humor with research, and her talks are aimed at students in high school and college, along with parents and educators. She wrote Sexploitation: Helping Kids Develop Healthy Sexuality in a Porn-Driven World (2015) and Sex, College and Social Media (2016), and she co-wrote Finding the Doorbell. In 2012 the Center for Women and Gender at Dartmouth College named her a 'Vagina Warrior' for her efforts to empower women and cut down sexual assault on college campuses. Pierce lives in Etna, New Hampshire, with her family, who own and run Pierce's Inn.
