About Codie Sanchez
Codie Sanchez studied journalism at Arizona State University and won the Robert F. Kennedy Award for print journalism for her reporting from Juarez, Mexico. She then moved into finance, starting at Vanguard in 2008 and later working at Goldman Sachs, State Street and First Trust. Alongside her finance career, she bought and built businesses, including laundromats and cannabis companies. She also holds an MBA from Georgetown University. In 2020 she launched Contrarian Thinking, a finance and media company that helps people pursue financial independence by acquiring small businesses. Main Street Millionaire is her first book.
