About Eduardo Salas
Eduardo Alejandro Salas Garcia is an American and Peruvian psychologist whose fields are industrial and organizational psychology and human factors research. He holds the Allyn R. & Gladys M. Cline Chair at Rice University, in its psychological sciences department. Earlier in his career, he was a senior research psychologist at the Naval Air Warfare Center's Training Systems Division, where he also headed the training technology development branch.
