Eric Thomas, known as ET, is a speaker, author, educator and pastor. He has spoken openly about homelessness, not knowing his biological father and struggling at school, and he draws on those experiences in his talks. He earned a Master's degree from Michigan State University in 2005. While there he developed the Advantage Program, which supports high-risk undergraduates in staying in college. ET leads the consulting firm Eric Thomas and Associates, LLC, and has worked with organizations including Nike, General Electric and the NBA. His books include The Secret to Success, Greatness Is Upon You and Average Skill Phenomenal Will.
