About Fred Stoeker
Fred Stoeker is president of Living True Ministries, which aims to help men and women live out their Christian faith in practical, everyday ways. He also speaks at conferences, and his talks have reached people in 59 nations, either in person or on television. He is known for Every Man's Battle and Every Young Man's Battle. Every Man's Battle has been translated into nearly thirty languages. Stoeker has described his own struggle with pornography, which began in childhood and carried on into his marriage. The book grew out of what he learned in overcoming it and out of the principles he taught to other men. Stoeker graduated from Stanford University and ran a sales and consulting business in Des Moines, Iowa. He has also written Hero with his son Jasen, and Every Heart Restored and The Healing Choice with his wife Brenda. His writing has earned Gold Medallion recognition twice and Silver Medallion recognition twice.
