Harris Faulkner was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 13, 1965. She is an American journalist and television host who joined Fox News Channel in 2005. At Fox she has anchored The Faulkner Focus, a daily daytime show, and has co-anchored Outnumbered. She has won six Emmy Awards and is also a motivational speaker and philanthropist. Her books include the best-selling 9 Rules of Engagement and Faith Still Moves Mountains.
