About Lisa González
Lisa González grew up in an entrepreneurial family in southern California and often helped their businesses run more smoothly. She studied at UCLA, attended law school at the University of Texas at Austin, and practised law in Denver, Colorado for several years. She then joined the operations team of a start-up residential remodel firm, because she missed working with entrepreneurs. After trying various tools to improve operations, she put EOS in place at the firm. The company grew to more than $20M in revenue and became consistently profitable. She later left to become a professional EOS Implementer, and she still works with her original firm. She has also served on the board of the Young Professionals Organization (YPO).
