Lois P. Frankel is president of Corporate Coaching International, a consulting firm in Pasadena, California. She is a licensed psychotherapist who earned her doctorate at the University of Southern California, studying counseling psychology. Her coaching draws on her work in psychotherapy and in corporate human resources. Her first book was Women, Anger & Depression: Strategies for Self-Empowerment. Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office became an international bestseller. She followed it with Nice Girls Don't Get Rich and Nice Girls Just Don't Get It, the latter written with Carol Frohlinger.
