About Lou Adler
Lou Adler is president of The Adler Group, an international training and consulting firm that helps companies put Performance-based Hiring into practice. He is an international speaker and has written columns for recruiting and human resources sites, including LinkedIn and Kennedy Information. His books include Hire With Your Head, published by John Wiley & Sons (third edition, 2007). He has also produced the audio program Talent Rules! Using Performance-based Hiring to Hire Top Talent and written The Essential Guide for Hiring & Getting Hired. Adler earned a business master's degree (MBA) from UCLA and an engineering bachelor's degree from Clarkson University.
