About Mark Miller
Mark Miller began at Chick-fil-A as an hourly team member in 1977 and joined the corporate staff the next year, working in the warehouse and mailroom. He has since led areas including Corporate Communications, Quality and Customer Satisfaction, Training and Development, and Leadership Development. He started writing by teaming up with Ken Blanchard on The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do. His other books include Culture Rules and Chess Not Checkers. More than a million copies of his books are in print in over 25 languages. He also speaks to leaders and has traveled to dozens of countries to teach.
