Matthew Pollard grew up in Craigieburn, Australia, and went on to start several businesses. He received a Young Achiever Award at a Melbourne business awards program. He later founded Rapid Growth, LLC, and IntrovertU, and he hosts a podcast named after his book The Introvert's Edge. The book series has been translated into 16 languages, and The Introvert’s Edge to Networking is among his books. Pollard has given talks to companies including Google, Microsoft and Oracle.
