About Mike Paton
Mike Paton grew up in an entrepreneurial family and started out in banking. He later ran, or helped run, four small companies that were growing. He came across the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) while leading a $7 million company in Minneapolis, and became an active advocate for it. He went on to succeed Gino Wickman, the creator of EOS, as Visionary at EOS Worldwide, and he hosts the podcast The EOS Leader. Paton has facilitated over a thousand full-day EOS sessions for company leadership groups. He co-authored Get A Grip: An Entrepreneurial Fable with Wickman, and also co-wrote Process!, both part of the Traction Library.
