About Nitin Nohria
Nitin Nohria is a professor at Harvard Business School. With his colleague Paul R. Lawrence, he wrote Driven: How Human Nature Shapes Our Choices, published by Wiley in 2002. In Driven, the two authors draw on two centuries of thought and research from the biological and social sciences to propose a unified theory of human nature. They study behavior in the workplace and describe four drives that guide people: to acquire, bond, learn and defend.
