About Paul Smith
Paul Smith teaches leaders how to use storytelling in their work. He spent about twenty years at The Procter & Gamble Company, where he led consumer and communications research and trained managers in leadership and communication. Earlier, he worked as a consultant with Accenture. He has written Lead with a Story, along with Sell with a Story and Parenting with a Story. He was named one of Inc. Magazine's Top 100 Leadership Speakers of 2018. Paul studied economics as an undergraduate, then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He lives in Mason, Ohio, with his wife and two sons.
