About Peter Docker
Peter Docker was born in 1963 in Sutton Coldfield, England. He spent 25 years as a senior officer in the Royal Air Force, working as a professional pilot, leading an aviation training and standards organization, and serving as a Force Commander during combat flying operations. He has also worked as a crisis manager and as an international negotiator for the UK government. Peter worked alongside Simon Sinek for more than seven years and was a founding Igniter on his team. In September 2017 he co-authored Find Your WHY with Simon Sinek and David Mead. In December 2019 he left the team to focus on sharing his own ideas about how organizations thrive. He is also a keynote speaker and facilitator who runs workshops and leadership programs around the world. His clients have included Google, Accenture and American Express.
