About Randy Conley
Randy Conley has served as Vice President and Trust Practice Leader for The Ken Blanchard Companies. He co-authored Blanchard's Building Trust training program and has worked with organizations around the world on building and restoring trust at work. He co-wrote Simple Truths of Leadership and has added chapters or pieces to several other titles, among them Leading at a Higher Level, written with Ken Blanchard.
