Roger James Hamilton was born in Hong Kong and studied at Trinity College, Cambridge University. He started working as an entrepreneur before he left college, and he estimates that his failures cost him many millions before he found success. His business interests span publishing, property, event and resort management, as well as training, coaching, mentoring and online education. Hamilton founded the Entrepreneurs Institute and created the Wealth Dynamics and Talent Dynamics profiling systems, which over 150,000 entrepreneurs and leaders have used. His stated mission is "World Wide Wealth", the idea that people can build their own financial literacy and then help others. He also runs yearly Fast Forward Your Business tours on business trends, and his Bali resort, Vision Villas, hosts accelerator programs for business owners.
