About Stefanie K. Johnson
Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson works as an author, professor and keynote speaker. As an associate professor at Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business, she teaches undergraduate and graduate students about leadership and inclusion. Her research looks at how unconscious bias affects the way leaders are evaluated, and at strategies leaders can use to reduce that bias. Her book Inclusify, published by HarperCollins, covers the ways leaders undermine inclusion and how they can build more inclusive teams. She has published 60 journal articles and book chapters, and she contributes often to Harvard Business Review. She was also named to the 2020 Thinkers50 Radar List.
