Stephen Drotter has served as CEO of Drotter Human Resources, an international network focused on CEO succession, on assessing, selecting and developing executives, and on designing organizations at the corporate level. He helped originally design the succession planning process at GE, and he headed human resources at INA Corporation and Chase Manhattan. He earned an economics degree from Amherst College. Drotter wrote The Leadership Pipeline with Ram Charan, Jim Noel and Kent Jonasen.
