About Wendy Speake
Wendy Speake is a trained actress who appeared on JAG, Star Trek Voyager and Roswell. Along the way she found she wanted to tell stories that build women up, and she now ministers to women through storytelling and practical applications of the Bible. She wrote The 40-Day Sugar Fast, as well as The 40-Day Social Media Fast and The 40-Day Feast. Every January she hosts an online community for the Sugar Fast. With co-author Amber Lia, she wrote Triggers, her first book, which came out in 2015, and its follow-up Parenting Scripts. Both books are aimed at parents.
