About Anna Papalia
Anna Papalia worked as a Director of Talent Acquisition before becoming a career coach, so she knows interviewing from both sides of the table. She has conducted more than 10,000 interviews and has coached students, entrepreneurs, senior executives and job seekers across many industries. She taught at Temple University's Fox School of Business for 12 years, where she gathered research and identified four interview styles. She has also led hundreds of corporate training sessions that teach hiring managers how to interview, and has worked with companies including Cigna and Lincoln Financial. Papalia has given talks for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and for DisruptHR. In 2020 she was a nominee for HR Person of the Year.
