About Ari Meisel

Ari Meisel calls himself an Overwhelmologist and works with entrepreneurs whose opportunities outgrow what their business can handle. He is a Wharton School graduate and has written The Art of Less Doing, a bestselling book. His titles in our catalog include Less Doing, More Living and Idea to Execution. In 2006 Meisel was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, a severe case that brought hospital stays and many daily medications. He turned to yoga, nutrition, supplements and hard exercise, and was eventually declared free of the disease. He competed in Ironman France in June 2011. The experience led him to notice how much of his time went to tasks others could do, and Less Doing grew from that.
