About Bjorn Billhardt
Bjorn Billhardt founded Abilitie in 2015 and leads it as CEO. The company runs immersive leadership programs for learners in more than 50 countries, including people at Fortune 500 firms. He co-wrote The 12-Week MBA. Before Abilitie, he co-founded Enspire, a custom e-learning development company, in 2001 and served as its CEO. His earlier career included consulting and corporate training roles at McKinsey & Company and at a software firm from the Netherlands. His degrees are a BA from the University of Texas and a Harvard Business School MBA. Born in Hamburg, Germany, he came to the US as an exchange student and attended high school near Austin, Texas. He lives in Austin with his wife and three sons.
