About Blair Miller
Blair Miller holds a PhD and cofounded FourSight, where he is also Research Coordinator. He also leads Blair Miller Innovation as its president. For about thirty years he has paired teambuilding with problem-solving facilitation, helping teams develop new products, patents and strategic plans. He codeveloped a business simplification process used with Fortune 500 clients such as Mars and Kraft. He has coauthored training manuals and published academic articles. The Creative Education Foundation honored him with its Distinguished Leadership Award, and he has an adjunct faculty role at the International Center for Studies in Creativity.
