About Chelsey Luger

Chelsey Luger is a wellness teacher who founded Well for Culture with her husband, Thosh Collins. The initiative welcomes anyone to explore their whole self through Native approaches to wellness. Together they created the Seven Circles, a model for healthy living built on the teachings of their ancestors and on traditions from several tribes. They have brought it to Ivy League universities and to companies including Nike, Adidas and Google. The Seven Circles presents the model in book form for a general readership. Luger and Collins also tell stories from growing up in tribal communities, and they ask readers to adapt the teachings with respect for where they come from.
