About Chris Fenning
Chris Fenning has more than 15 years of experience managing teams and projects at international companies, and he saw how poor communication can slow good ideas down. He now advises on communication, with a focus on improving alignment between business and IT teams. He has worked with individuals and teams around the world, from start-ups to Fortune 50 and Financial Times Stock Exchange 100 (FTSE 100) companies. His book The First Minute, about clear and concise communication at work, won several awards in 2021, including a Best Book Award from AmericanBookFest and an Axiom Business Book bronze medal. Fenning has previously lived in Britain and America. He makes his home in the Netherlands with his wife and daughter.
