About Cynthia Olmstead
Cynthia Olmstead is an organizational consultant and group development expert. She started TrustWorks Group in 1987 and was its president until The Ken Blanchard Companies acquired it in 2010. She came to see a lack of trust as the core of many organizational problems. She now leads Olmstead Consulting, where she works with teams to build trust and support organizational sustainability.
