About David Chang
David Chang is an American chef, restaurateur, author and podcaster, born in 1977. He opened his first restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar, in 2004 and went on to build the Momofuku restaurant group. In 2009, his restaurant Momofuku Ko earned two Michelin stars. Away from the kitchen, Chang co-founded the food magazine Lucky Peach in 2011, which ran for 25 quarterly issues. He formed Majordomo Media in 2018 and hosts The Dave Chang Show podcast. He has also fronted television series about food, including Ugly Delicious and Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Eat a Peach is one of his books.
