Deepak Malhotra is an American professor at Harvard Business School. His work centers on negotiation strategy, deal-making, trust development and the resolution of international and ethnic disputes. In 2020 Poets & Quants honored him as its MBA Professor of the Year. Harvard MBA students have also twice picked him to speak to their graduating class at the end of the year. Outside the classroom, he advises CEOs and works with governments seeking to end or prevent armed conflicts. Besides Negotiation Genius, he has written Negotiating the Impossible and I Moved Your Cheese. His debut novel is The Peacemaker's Code.
