Dennis Reina is a psychologist who co-founded the Reina Trust Building Institute, a consultancy focused on building and restoring trust in workplaces. He serves as its president and leads its research and product development. He developed the Reina Trust & Betrayal Model and a set of trust-measuring surveys. He also consults, speaks, trains and coaches leaders and their teams in organizations around the world. With his wife Michelle Reina, he wrote Trust and Betrayal in the Workplace, first published in 1999 and later issued in a revised and expanded second edition. The two also wrote a sequel, Rebuilding Trust in the Workplace.
