About Don A. Moore
Don A. Moore is on the faculty of the Haas School of Business, part of the University of California, Berkeley, where he teaches leadership, negotiation and decision making. He earned his PhD in Organization Behavior at Northwestern University. His research centers on confidence: when people overrate themselves, when they rank themselves above others, and when they feel too sure they know the truth. Moore has coauthored a textbook on managerial decision-making. He has also written columns for the Wall Street Journal, Fortune and the Harvard Business Review.
