Edward Bullmore is a British neuropsychiatrist, neuroscientist and academic. He studied medicine at the University of Oxford. He has been Professor of Psychiatry at Cambridge since 1999, and he led its Department of Psychiatry from 2014 to 2021. Alongside his Cambridge post, he took on a senior role at GlaxoSmithKline in 2005, as Vice-President of Experimental Medicine. His work with the company has involved developing anti-inflammatory drugs for depression.
