About Hans-Werner Kaas
Kaas began at McKinsey & Company in the Frankfurt office in 1991. He relocated to Cleveland in 1997 and helped establish the Detroit office in 1998. He headed the Automotive Practice and co-led the firm's Advanced Industries Practice. He has worked with clients around the world in automotive, electronics and software, machinery, and aerospace and defense. His projects covered strategy, performance transformations, organizational performance management, and leadership and talent development. He also serves as co-dean of the Bower Forum, the firm's leadership program for CEOs.
