About Holger Rathgeber
Holger Rathgeber wrote Our Iceberg Is Melting together with John Kotter. The book is a fable about a penguin colony whose iceberg home is in danger, and it looks at how people respond to change. The tenth anniversary edition comes with redrawn artwork and an opening note from Spencer Johnson, who wrote Who Moved My Cheese?
