About Jacob Morgan
Jacob Morgan studied business management economics and psychology at the University of California Santa Cruz, graduating with honors. His first job turned out to be his last corporate one, and he went on to build a career as a futurist, speaker and adviser. He has written four books: The Future Leader, The Employee Experience Advantage, The Future of Work and The Collaborative Organization. The Employee Experience Advantage came out in 2017. Morgan founded The Future of Work University, an online training platform, and has hosted a podcast about how work is changing. Chief executives at companies such as Unilever, Cisco and Mastercard have endorsed his work.
