Jakob Schneider is a visual designer and consultant. He is a partner and creative director at the design agency KD1, and co-founded the startups Smaply and ExperienceFellow, where he is lead designer. Since 2006 he has worked for brands including VW, Siemens, MetaDesign and Deutsche Telekom. In 2010 he co-published This is Service Design Thinking with Marc Stickdorn.
