About Jeff Hancher
Jeff Hancher grew up in southwestern Pennsylvania, the son of parents who were medically unable to work. After serving in the United States Army, he began his corporate career as a blue-collar worker. Over twenty-three years he earned ten promotions and reached advanced leadership roles in a Fortune 500 company, leading large sales and operations teams. He went on to found The Champion Forum and host its podcast. Today he works as an executive coach, trainer and keynote speaker focused on leadership development. He wrote Firm Feedback in a Fragile World, in keeping with his work helping leaders give firm, compassionate feedback that respects people's dignity.
