About John Abrams
John Abrams co-founded South Mountain Company and led it as President for more than forty years. In the late 1980s he turned it into a worker co-op, and in 2022 he passed it to the next generation of leaders. Later in 2022 he founded Abrams+Angell with his partner, Kim Angell, to help small businesses reach social, environmental and financial goals. His own focus is guiding companies through conversion to worker cooperatives.
