About John Kotter
John Kotter is the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership, Emeritus at Harvard Business School. He studied at MIT and Harvard, and joined the Harvard Business School faculty in 1972. He also helped found Kotter International, a consulting firm that helps organizations put ideas from his research on change into practice. Our Iceberg Is Melting, released in 2006, was a New York Times bestseller and introduced the 8-step process for leading change to a wide audience. His other books include Leading Change, The Heart of Change and Accelerate.
